CMA Canada is a registered non-profit and therefore any donations made to CMA are tax-deductible. Tax receipts are issued in February for the previous year.
There are different options to make a donation to CMA.
1. With your Visa or MasterCard through our Online store. Please note that a shipping fee will be added to your donation, ignore this amount, it will not be charged to your Credit Card.
2. Call us during our regular office hours 9am - 3 pm Mountain time, Monday to Thursday at 403-343-1370, and make a donation using your Visa or MasterCard.
3. Mail a cheque or money order

4. If you wish to be a regular contributor to our operating fund. You may provide us with postdated cheques, or print off this Credit Card Authorization form and mail either to the address above.
